Over the course of its existence the following continuing education courses have been produced, approved and given to literally thousands of licensees in California, Oregon and Nevada for continuing education credits for renewal of California brokers and salespersons real estate licenses.

In addition, numerous seminars and courses dealing with a wide range of topics have been produced and given on a non-credit basis. These courses usually deal with sales and marketing techniques, referral based marketing, appraisal review, mortgage loan underwriting proficiency, loan origination skills, quality control issues, automated underwriting systems, consumer privacy laws, Fair Housing issues, sexual harassment concerns, ethics and mortgage fraud. These courses or seminars were taught either to internal staff of various companies or were offered to real estate professionals.
